your reservation
To make a reservation through our service, you must be legally able to do so and accept financial responsibility for all transactions made on your behalf. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the information you provide is correct and accurate. When you reserve a restaurant table, payment will be made after your meal in the restaurant, unless it is specifically stated that prepayment is required. For special occasions we ask for a deposit per person for confirmation.
Your reservation is only final and binding for the restaurant once you have received an email confirmation or SMS from Boinabrasa confirming acceptance of your reservation.
When you want cancel your reservation, you can do this via the link in the email confirmation (up to 1 day before) or contact Boinabrasa directly. You can find the relevant contact information on www.boinabrasa.ch
Please make sure to be in the restaurant well in advance and to bring a copy of your email confirmation or SMS with you.
If you do not appear in the restaurant at the reserved time, the restaurant may charge you a corresponding fee ("no-show" fee). The decision as to whether you will be charged a cancellation or “no-show” fee is entirely at the discretion of the restaurant. For special events, we charge a "no-show" fee equal to the amount of the deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation; any obligations on your part become null and void with such a cancellation. We are also entitled to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason and without prior notice to you, if we suspect that you are improperly using the Service or if you violate these Terms of Use.
Personal information
To use our service, it is necessary that you enter certain data such as name, email address and your mobile phone number. All data that you transmit to us will be used by us in accordance with these terms of use and the data protection guidelines of Boinabrasa.ch.
You will receive emails regarding your reservation, service and requests to rate your restaurant visit. We are entitled to use your personal data for this purpose. These emails are free of charge for you. We are not liable for any costs billed to you by your mobile operator.
Your personal data and information will only be used for the reservation. We never use your data for any other purpose.
Cookies
Similar to other commercial websites, our service uses a standard technology called "cookies" and web server logs to collect information about the use of our service and to improve it. The information collected in this way includes, for example, the date and time of the visit, pages viewed, duration of use of the service and information about the website that was visited directly before and after using the service. However, cookies do not allow us to collect personal information about you, and we do not store any personal information that you provide to us via cookies.

We always ensure compliance with the highest security standards, but the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you submit to our service. Any transfer of information is at your own risk. After receiving your personal information, we will use strict procedures and security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Under no circumstances will we be liable for incidental, concrete, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of business information, data, or benefit arising out of your use or inability to use our service.
