Your Reservation
To make a reservation via our service, you must be legally capable and assume financial responsibility for all reservations made under your name. All information provided by you must be accurate and complete. Payment is generally made after the meal at the restaurant, unless a prepayment or deposit is explicitly required (e.g. for special events or group reservations).
A reservation is only binding once you have received a confirmation from Boinabrasa by email or SMS.
Cancellation

Reservations of up to 6 persons (without an offer):
Cancellations must be communicated to us at least 12 hours before the event and can be made either directly with us or via the cancellation link included in the confirmation email.

Group reservations (with an offer):
For group reservations for which an individual offer has been issued, only the cancellation and annulment conditions stated in the respective offer apply. These conditions are binding and take precedence over the general cancellation deadlines.
No-Show / Late Cancellation
In the event of a (no-show) or late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a compensation fee of CHF 50.– per person, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
For special events or reservations requiring a deposit, the no-show fee corresponds at least to the deposit paid.
Group Reservations
For group reservations, a deviation of up to 10% of the confirmed number of guests is tolerated, unless otherwise agreed in the offer.
Any deviation exceeding this limit may be charged as a no-show.
Additional conditions may apply to group reservations, in particular:

uniform menu or package selection for the entire group

limited duration of stay

prepayment or deposit
These conditions are defined in the respective offer or reservation confirmation.
Right of Reservation
We reserve the right to cancel reservations for valid reasons or to restrict access to our reservation service if misuse is suspected or if these conditions are violated.
